Terms of Service

Orbivo is a platform for creators to publish, share, and sell Agent Skills and prompts, delivered as a streamed and updatable service to the people they choose. We provide the tools and hosting; the content belongs to the creators.

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure. You must provide accurate information. You must be at least 13 years old to use Orbivo, and at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live — to buy or sell paid products. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You keep ownership of the content you publish. By publishing on Orbivo, you grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, and deliver your content to your audience. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish and for ensuring it does not infringe others or break the law.

Do not use Orbivo to publish unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, to abuse or overload the service, to attempt to bypass access controls, or to misuse content you reached through another creator product. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

If you believe content on Orbivo infringes your copyright, email us at team@redia.ai with: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized, and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them. We review valid notices, remove or disable access to infringing content where appropriate, and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

Paid products may be one-time or recurring. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.

Paid products are digital content delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you expressly request and consent to immediate delivery, and you acknowledge that — to the extent permitted by law — any statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right (such as the 7-day period under Taiwan law or the 14-day period under EU law) ends once delivery begins. Except where required by law or stated by the creator, payments are non-refundable.

If you sell through Orbivo, we deduct a platform fee from each transaction (currently 10%). We may change this fee with prior notice; changes apply only to future transactions.

Access to streamed products follows your active entitlement and can be updated or revoked by the creator or by us in line with these Terms, for example when a subscription ends or a product is taken down. If a product you paid for is permanently taken down during a period you have already paid for, contact us and we will refund the unused portion of that period on a prorated basis.

The Orbivo name, brand, and platform software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you rights to our brand or software beyond using the service as intended.

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Creators are solely responsible for the products they sell.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbivo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from your use of the service. To the same extent, our total liability for all claims arising out of these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred US dollars (USD 100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain of these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Redia Labs LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from the content you publish, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using Orbivo and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes arising from these Terms or the service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections or the right to bring claims in your local courts, nothing in these Terms takes those rights away from you.

These Terms and our policies may be provided in several languages for convenience. If the translations conflict, the English version controls, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated Terms.
