Account information you give us, such as your email address, display name, and optional profile details. Content you create, including the products, skills, prompts, and pages you publish. Basic usage data, such as security and reliability logs, and aggregated product analytics (for example, visit and checkout-click counts on a product page) that help creators understand how their products perform. Payment details are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store full card numbers.

To operate your account and deliver the products you publish or purchase. To process payments and manage subscriptions and access. To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems. To send essential service messages such as sign-in links and receipts. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme preferences. These are required for the service to function and are not used for advertising.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Stripe. When you buy or sell through Orbivo, Stripe handles your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information needed to confirm and manage your purchase or payout.

We share limited data with trusted providers strictly to run Orbivo: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Google for optional sign-in, and our cloud hosting providers. They may only use this data to provide their service to us.

Orbivo is operated from the United States, and your information is stored and processed on servers located in the United States. If you use Orbivo from outside the United States — for example from Taiwan, Japan, or the European Union — your information is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your country. We apply the safeguards described in this policy to all such transfers.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. To delete your account, email us at team@redia.ai. We will delete your account and associated personal information within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep, such as payment and tax records.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us at team@redia.ai. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Orbivo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you.
